Product Description

The machine is mainly applied to producing anodized aluminum and film aluminum plated of top grade. It is the machine used for coating carrier film such as golden-silvery paper aluminum plated, cigarette packet backing paper(paper sprayed aluminum ) and etc.
The machine holds strong points of high speed, high automatization, high production efficiency, high precision and etc. It is a powerfrugal machine of high speed.

1. The unwinding equipment and rewinding equipment all adopt air-expansion shaft to bear roll materials, assuring fast replacement, even supporting force and accurate centering.
2. Unwinding equipment adopts E. P. C. Air sensing rectification system.
3. The tension of the unwinding and rewinding equipment is controlled inpendently by automatic tension control system.
4. Quantitative transferred glue spreading by mesh roller; Pneumatic pressure rubber roller; Pneumatic back pressure doctor; Independent motor controls doctor's horizontal movement.
5. Surface of cooling roller is hard chrome plated, mirror finish. Cooling manner: Inside water circulation cooling.
6. Glue spreading rubber roller and cooling traction roller pressurize pneumatically, pressure adjustable.

7. The machine adopts dual-frequency conversion timing technology and Japan panasonic transducer, assuring every part drives synchronously.
8. Total length of air cylinder top open type oven is 10 m and is divided into four segments, Open and close is controlled by air cylinder. Inside oven, bearing roller is shaped in arch. There are walkway and guardrail at one side of the oven.
9. The oven is divided into four segments. The temperature of every segment is controlled independently. External heater is heated by electricity. The blower inbreathes hot air into the oven.
10. Inside, the oven adopts hot air circulation system and saves the energy. The materials is stainless steel. At the entrance of oven, the exhaust air equipment discharges the volatilizable solvent in order to avoid exhaust air participating in the second circulation and ensure safety.
11. The entrance of the oven holds pneumatic sensor system, which automatically controls the tension of the film in the oven.
12. Before rewinding, it adopts E. P. C. Air sensing rectification system.
13. All bearing rollers adopt the highly hardened aluminum alloy rollers imported from China Taiwan, static and dynamic equilibrium treated.
